The Flash Drive I ordered from lime-tech in February of this year has failed (stuck in read-only, chkdsk etc will not resolve issue).
I ordered a replacement drive (SanDisk 32GB Cruzer Fit USB3.0). I then followed the instructions here:

How long does it take for the replacement key to arrive via email?
The FAQ states: "That is no longer necessary, because replacement keys are quickly available online, from within the software."
EDIT: I received a response from Tom via email, and he stated it should be immediate. He is looking into the issue.
