tekNZ
Howdy! Can anyone recommend a supported PCI-E video card with DVI and HDMI out? I only need it to be able to display a Linux VM desktop with Chrome on a 1080p monitor to show my PlexPy homepage. So I don't anything overpowered wasting power and taking up space in my Mini-ITX case Don't want to spend anymore than $35 NZD, which is about $50 USD. I was looking into one of these, or would I need an actual GPU to enable passthrough to the VM? http://www.trademe.co.nz/computers/components/video-cards/pciexpress/auction-1142872966.htm Cheers for any help Joel Quote Link to comment

METDeath
nVidia GT 210 or AMD HD5450. +1 on these I know the AMD HD5450 frequently goes on sale in the USA for $20 or less. Quote Link to comment
aptalca
HD6450 is also another cheap option that is still being manufactured (I believe) and often has discounts and rebates. I recently got a couple of those, one for a libreelec VM and the other for a Windows VM Quote Link to comment
