Still getting a few stray files (and an entire show) that gets this error: 2022-04-06T00:07:16:DEBUG:Unmanic.Plugin.reorder_audio_streams_by_language - File unable to be probed by FFProbe - '/library/tv/Terror, The/The.Terror.s01e02.Gore.Bluray-1080p.Remux.mkv' It does it for Plugin.reorder_subtitle_streams_by_language, Plugin.encoder_audio_aac, and Plugin.encoder_video_hevc_nvenc, which is what I use across my entire collection. Permissions are the same as everything else (folders to 777, files to 666, nobody:users are owner and group)

Never mind....a quick restart of the docker container later, and here's a much more debug-esque log. Just the relevant lines attached. It's probably worth mentioning that the directory is 777 nobody:users, and all the files are 666 nobody:users, just like every other directory in TV Shows. debug.txt

An odd one: I have a TV show that doesn't want to be scanned. The show is named the same format as everything else in my TV shows library, is H264 like everything else before I convert it, but when it's scanned nothing gets added to the pending jobs nor appended to the log, except to say a scan has happened. The shows aren't in the converted history (as having been done/scanned previously), and a restart of the app doesn't seem to fix it. Ah sure enough. I had a bunch of null keys in there. I moved it to a backup, restarted the docker, the settings.json recreated with the correct values and we're golden again. Thanks!

On version 0.2.0~a3bd45a, and I'm getting the attached screenshot happening. Constantly trying to load the page sections with no success. Cross-browser. Thanks to you both. Is there a reason the tool isn't taking the files from my backup zip to create the new flash though? Doesn't seem very intuitive, so I suspect a problem with my zip, but without an error message, it's impossible for a novice to know.

I'm going through needing to replace my flash drive right now. It's gone into read only mode again, after already running chkdisk on it a couple of weeks ago. My new (Samsung Bar Plus) drive arrived today. This is the first time I'm replacing the flash drive since licensing unRAID in 2011, so I'm nervous, and the USB Flash Creator tool isn't helping my nerves. I ran the tool with my current zip backup (from yesterday) as the version, it wrote VERY quickly, but the flash drive doesn't have much on it when it's done. Just the config, EFI, and syslinux folders, with no bzimage, bzmodules, bzroot, etc files on it at all. And no explanatory text other than "Writing Done!" in the tool. If I wipe it and select Stable, sure enough I get the full install on the flash drive. Is this normal, expected behavior, or am I doing something wrong? Is my backup corrupt? Worst case, can I use a fresh install and then replace config with the one from my backup zip? Do I still need to run make_bootable.bat in this scenario? Thanks!

Not sure what that nginx reference is, as I'm running nginx as a docker, and (to my knowledge) nowhere else. What would you suggest trying here?

A couple more troubleshooting steps I tried: Changed port to 80. No joy. Changed IP address of server to something else on the same subnet that's outside of my DHCP range. Still no joy. Swapped out network cable. No joy. Ordered a new USB stick which arrives tomorrow. If there's anything else I could be trying, I'm all ears at this point...

I'm not using it for remote access purposes yet. In fact I was prepping to switch over to using that, but hadn't gotten around to it.

I've now tried to change the port to 8480 by editing ident.cfg via SSH and rebooting. Still no joy. Same error message. I'm completely dead in the water at this point.

UPDATE: I followed the posts below and read to delete the /boot/config/ssl folder, and reboot. That worked, and I now have web GUI access again. Thanks! Weird problem: I can't seem to get access to the web GUI at all after a reboot. I can SSH in just fine, but the GUI isn't loading, even by choosing GUI mode on a reboot with a monitor connected. Same thing happens in Safe Mode boot (both with and without GUI). I've tried from multiple computers with multiple browsers all connected to the same subnet the server is on. I have the port set to 8008 for my web GUI which has worked great for years (a docker container uses port 80), now I get "unable to connect" or "connection refused" (depending on the browser) for http://IP:8008 Any ideas what might be going on?
