My problem is : I got dell precision t7400 intel xeon x5482 4gb ddr2 and hitachi sas 300gb 15k and seagate baracuda 2 tb sata. Instaled Windows 7 professional 32bit and tried some speed test programs for hdd and my sas drive is slower than sata?! sas hitachi speed 110 mb/s baracuda 190mb/s. I have integrated LSI SAS1068E controler and my firmware was 0.20.48.00 bios 6.14.10.00 now i updated to sas3081e fw 1.33.00.00 IT bios 6.36.00.00 and my problem is not fixed so please someone help me what to do to get speed up sas drive?? c3 Posted October 4, 2014 Share Posted October 4, 2014 What test are you running? It looks like you have the sequential read performance numbers for those drives.
