  1. As promised, here it is. Any idea is welcomed, otherwise I may drop a line to Tom. What I could do eventually... is to stop the system, remove the drive and copy the full content - just don't have enough space on external drives. But I'm almost certain there is no problem with the content and I did not find anything wrong in logs.
  2. I know ... old topic but actually never had any issue with the system and I could not find anything wrong. Never payed attention to this detail (was running unraid 4, 5 with 1.5T disks in the past) and probably the stats were not clean when parity check was started. Anyway, I can post a picture tomorrow as I'll run a new parity check (counters reset) and probably I'll get the same, huge difference even if all disks are 3T / 4K aligned, xfs and two of them are almost identically filled and the same model (WD Red 30efrx) but different firmware. I'll post a picture as promised, but won't dig further this night. Thanks anyway
  3. Did you ever receive any feedback from anyone? I've just noticed very similar behaviour .... on disk 1 all 4 disks are 3TB / unraid 6.
  4. Just upgraded - everything is fine for now. Thanks and keep up the good job!
  5. Running Beta 7 since some time and moved around 2.5 T of data from ReiserFS to XFS. Some files had SHA checksums just as control mechanism so I guess/hope everything is fine. Biggest issue is the router runs as a VM and is stored on the cache drive which is still ReiserFS and this machine writes a bit of data on daily basis (logs)... still running. I'll let you know if something unusual happens. Sadly, there is no way to stop the router and replace it with another at this moment.
  6. Cache HDD only for apps and would be an idea for further releases to keep the cache drive mounted and running while the array is stopped...
  7. Hi all, Didn't find anything regarding UNRAID 6 beta and HP N54L microserver... so I guess this info could be useful to someone. Swiched few weeks ago to beta3 but now I'm running beta4, with 6G RAM on the system (Dom0 + Ubuntu Server x64, Centos 6.5 x64 and an old XP Home - converted from Virtualbox image) without problems. All 6 SATA ports are in use (AHCI) and the external port has an Icy Box IB-290StUS-B, 2.5" external cage connected for cache drive. RAM split as follows: 2.4G Unraid dom0 1G ubuntu 1G Centos 1G XP Cheers!
  8. update to rc16c and let us know if it still happens Performed the update to RC16C - no problems noticed so far, but it has the same behaviour .... on shutdown the system doesn't power-off. Could be some ACPI / APIC related (had no time to check further). Certainly, it did work up to 12/12a and with all previous betas I've been using during the last couple of years (far as I remember). Forgot to mention earlier - stock unRaid/no addons.
  9. Hi all, A small issue I've just noticed - the system won't power off on shutdown - I'm running rc16b now but I did not see anything new in rc16c release notes that may change this behaviour. It used to work with earlier releases - at least with those I've tried (I had rc12a before) MB is an older Intel DP35DP / E2160 / 5x1.5T HDD + 3 TB parity.
  10. Just upgraded from rc8a to rc10 - everything seems to work fine (NewPermissions still running). NIC is an AR8131 chip. atl1c 0000:02:00.0: version 1.0.1.0-NAPI atl1c 0000:02:00.0: irq 42 for MSI/MSI-X atl1c 0000:02:00.0: atl1c: eth0 NIC Link is Up<1000 Mbps Full Duplex> Keep up the good job Tom!
