  1. Well after 14 years it had to finally happen. Never seen or wanted too see this message pop up. And checking syslog sure enough I can see multiple instances of the below so I guess my flash drive is toast. Apr 3 19:35:21 unRAID kernel: critical target error, dev sda, sector 18618 op 0x1:(WRITE) flags 0x0 phys_seg 1 prio class 2 Apr 3 19:35:21 unRAID kernel: Buffer I/O error on dev sda1, logical block 16570, lost async page write Its still hanging in there but with all the write errors its pretty much a goner. At least unRAID has given me fair warning. New Samsung BAR plus on the way to replace the crappy SanDisk UltraFit 🥺
  2. Full diag attached if anyone wants to take a look. unraid-diagnostics-20240330-2120.zip
  3. Thanks JorgeB. I'll keep an eye on it and I'll post full diag once I'm back home later.
  4. So Extended test finally finished and didn't throw any errors so may have just been a blip ? ST8000NM0075_ZA17ML5G_35000c50093e93987-20240330-2115.txt
  5. Drive is in a Dell R730xd so cant see it being a power or cable issue. Extended test is about 70% done so will see what it shows up in a few hours.
  6. Started to get some read errors on a drive. I assume its toast and she be replaced ASAP > ST8000NM0075_ZA17ML5G_35000c50093e93987-20240329-2347.txt
  7. Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe you would have to replace BOTH parity drives.
  8. Apologies if this has been asked / covered before but I'm trying to get temps from a Dell R730. Anyway to get the info from the sensors or IPMI ?
  9. Just got myself a H310 off the Bay and this works like a champ, thanks Fireball Much easier to obtain here in the UK unlike the IBM M1015.
  10. A Sempron 140 is plenty for unRAID unless you plan to run stuff like handbreak on the box too.
