  1. I followed these instructions and it worked. thank you. I stopped the docker container I found the preferences.xml file under \UNRAID IP ADDRESS\applications\plexmediaserver\Library\Application Support\Plex Media Server\preferences.xml I made a backup copy, deleted the keys: PlexOnlineHome="1" (note: I didn't see this one in the file) PlexOnlineMail="[email protected]" PlexOnlineToken="RanDoMHexIDecIALtoKeNheRE" PlexOnlineUsername="ExampleUser" restarted the server ran the curl command as above (with the new claim code) All seems ok now (i.e. the red/white exclamations seem to have disappeared)
  2. I have a Synology diskstation which uses rsync to backup to my UnRaid server. It was working fine on 6.7.x but having upgraded UnRaid to 6.8.2 my Synology can no longer connect. Any suggestions on what to look for to figure out what has caused the issue? I have a separate user called "backup" on UnRaid that has read-write access to the private backup share. I've included the rsyncd.conf file, however the backup doesn't even get to the point of starting. Other than the upgrade from 6.7.x to 6.8.2 nothing else was changed on either UnRaid or Synology. rsyncd.conf
  3. Upgraded to 6.7.2. Server seemed unstable and was shutting down and then going into reboot loops, but appears to be the CPU water cooler finally giving up rather than anything specific to 6.7.2. Have fitted new CPU cooler and will report back if any issues remain, but so far looking promising. Asus M5A99FX Pro R2.0 with BIOS 2501. AMD FX-8350 CPU. 16GB RAM.
  4. Unfortunately not. Would still like to find a solution that works....
  5. Unfortunately no one replied. So either no one knows, or no one is using a larger monitor and needs to change the resolution ;-(
  6. I am on v6.2 and since I have 16GB RAM and not much using it other than Plex I've decided to default boot into the new GUI. So far it seems to work fine but is there a setting for changing the resolution since I have a 22" monitor and the default resolution of the GUI seems low? thanks Alex
  7. Supermicro AOC-SASLP-MV8 and .15 and .21 firmware If you are having issues with the AOC-SASLP-MV8 booting with the .21 firmware then check whether your Motherboard manufacturer has released an updated BIOS for your motherboard. I have a Gigabyte GA-880GMA-UD2H that came with bios 'F5'. When using 2 SASLP-MV8s with .21 firmware I was unable to successfully boot and had to revert the SASLP-MV8 back to firmware .15 (which meant limited/no 3TB/4TB HDD support). I have just updated my motherboard to bios F6f (which was slightly smaller in size) and I have upgraded my 2 SASLP-MV8s with .21 firmware and my server is booting up. A big big YEAH!!! TheWombat
