Monthly Parity Check not being activated

Hello,  I have the Monthly Parity Check package installed and for the last year has worked great.  I noticed though that I see that it has not been run in 67 days.

What could have caused this to stop operating and what can I do to fix it?

For now, I just ran the parity check manually.
