SAS Drives in Array

Does unRAID support SAS and STATA drives simultaneously?  Support SAS Drives?  I have one installed and the main display shows:

Disk 1   35000c50034f44653 (sdd) 1953514552   *   2 TB   Unformatted      653,842   2   0   

Parity check in progress. This drive too 40 hours to preclear.

This drive replace a failed drive.  Is there a setting I'm missing?
