Settled on unRaid ... need some advice

I've been looking for awhile to replace my storage and hav decided that unRaid is what I need.  I appreciate any advice the members can offer to make this process as smooth as possible.  I currently have 2 ReadyNas devices (Movies and TV shows) as well as an HP MediaSmart Server running WHSv1 (Photos, VIdeos, and music library).  The ReadyNas devices are old and this unRaid build will replace them as well as serve as a backup to WHS.  Movies and TV shows are streamed to WDTV Live+ devices.

I've decided on this build:

Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811112339 - Lian Li PC-Q25B

Mobo/CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131843 - Asus C60M1

RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820134927 - Kingston 4Gb

PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139012 - Corsair HX 650, own this from another PC

Flash: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820171586 - Sandisk Cruzer Fit 4Gb

For storage, I'm thinking of:

Parity: 3TB WD Red

Movies: 3x 2TB WD Green

WHS Backup: 3TB WD Red (planning to use robocopy to copy from WHS to unRaid)

Do these components look right?  For cache, I have an 80Gb SSD I can use or should I get another 3TB drive so I'm prepared for a drive failure?

Some of us still have issues with it. I bought an Intel PCI-E NIC and that has fixed that issue.

I wouldn't waste a SSD drive as a cache. A good 7200 RPM drive as cache will make a world of difference. All those "writes" to the cache will just wear prematurely anyways. Save it for use in a workstation, laptop, etc.
