jdk972003
Ok down to two boards, both Gigabyte. One has 8 sata connections and (2) Gig-LAN and the other has 10 SATA ports and (3) Gig-LAN. Otherwise they are very similiar. Any opinions? fireman
So, which one are you going to buy ? Quote Link to comment
RobJ
Sorry, this was missed earlier. The second board (GA-EP45-UD3P) is already listed in the Hardware Compatibility wiki page, always a good sign. The first one (GA-EP45-DQ6) is perhaps too new yet, but I believe someone else is testing/trying a similar board, with the SiI5723 controller. There are currently some questions about its full compatibility I believe, search it. Quote Link to comment
jdk972003
Thanks for the feedback. I had to put this on hold due to some home issues requiring me stealing from the computer fund. I will update the post once I decide. Quote Link to comment
