Added a few new containers.

Tried Sonerezh, it's a great program and works well, I encountered one problem which was that the database scanning hung when I was trying to import my library.  I then installed it manually on the apache-reverse-proxy docker from smdion (I have modified this to install extra php dependencies for an ebook library) and it worked.

Unfortunately there isn't yet support for m4a so it's a bit of a deal breaker for me at the moment, but it is superb.  Thanks sparkly!

I'm interested in the Pf-Logstash / Logstash-Pfsense Docker since I am running pfSense 2.2.1 and am not actively looking at the logs regularly.

I see the container needs volume mappings

/config

/var/www/kibana

I get the /config one, I could put that in /mnt/cache/appdata like the others. /var/www/kibana looks like it holds files for the web server which would also go on the cache drive.

Question: If this is pulling in and storing log files from pfSense then where do they get stored? Due to the volume over time I am sure that the cache drive would not be the best place.  Should I have another volume mapping on there going to an array share using the cache drive / mover script etc?

thanks!

I have a graylog server for all of my log entries for pfsense, unraid and a couple of other boxes, the entire disk usage is 343GB.

but to mitigate that, it's also my tv-server and 335GB of that are tv-recordings, leaving 8GB split between system files of a debian wheezy server install and whatever logs are taking up from graylog.

there are 3/4 million log entries according to the graylog stats page and the disk usage is in the low GB range. 3.4 gb in something like 6 weeks.

Duuude!! How many containers do you have? lol

I just made my 10th today.

i have what's in the two repo's shared on here, and about another 25 or so in my "private repo" which is mostly forks and stuff too wild to be a beta.

You ever sleep?!

Ive been messing about with Krusader and was wondering is there a "merge" function.

I rsync'ed Disk1 and Disk 2 to Disk3 and want to merge the folders.

In Krusader I can see "Synchronise" , which does pretty much merge but it copyies the files/folders instead of moving.

Cheers Sparklyballs.

For some reason I always read your name as Sparkyballs. The 'L' makes it alot funnier :)

Hopefully I can find a solution. It seems a massive waste of time copying files to a folder on the same drive instead of merging or moving them.

I'd nearly fire up a Windows VM to get some merging going on  ;)

EDIT:

Krusader Sync was the solution. I should have just used it first.

I'm now merging my Media directory from disk4 to my Media directory in disk1

Copy and merge in one.

Hi Sparklyball's,

Would it be possible to request a version of your acestream docker that includes openvpn?

Sorry if this is the wrong place for requests.

Cheers

many things are possible, but i have no experience with openvpn and wouldn't even know where to begin.

you're welcome to fork and experiment for yourself.

I don't know, on one hand I've got a mental image of a couple of 70s disco balls, on the other, I've got a mental image of a couple of swinging flint balls with sparks flying off as they crash together.

Both pretty amusing to my puerile humour if I'm honest...  ;D

the truth is somewhat rather mundane and not connected remotely to testicles.

as a toddler i totally refused to say any other word than ball for the longest time, lol.

it became a running joke in the family.

my family nickname is sparky

sparkyball doesn't quite work so it became sparklyballs, which is funny.

Prefer my version lol  ;)
