Can't add 19th drive!

I've been running 18 data drives sense 4.5-beta7 has been out. They are on Asus K8N-lr motherboard with 2  SUPERMICRO AOC-SAT2-MV8 in pci-x slots, and a pcie 4x card. When I try to assign the 19th drive unraid never assigns the drive it just sits there grayed out.

The cache drive and the 19th drive are in Rosewill esata external enclosures. Both are using the SUPERMICRO cards, the cache drive works fine. The 19th drive is a seagate 750 and has been cleared. Here is the syslog right after I assign it.
