peter_sm
I found this nice tool to scan your LAN http://scottiestech.info/downloads/ This handy little executable is a bit large since it’s written in Ruby. Simply put, it opens a command prompt window and scans your LAN. It then displays all computers on your Windows workgroup along with their IP addresses, MAC addresses, and which computer in the workgroup is the Master Browser. No more tedious command-prompting to figure out which machine isn’t doing its job as the Master Browser! - Tested on Windows XP, XP x64, Vista, and Windows 7 x64 - Quote Link to comment

Chris Pollard
btw... don't run nikto or paros against unraid... it kills it. Quote Link to comment
wholly
I know it was cheating, but I know what nmap and backtrack are - I have no idea what these other tools are or what they could do to my systems. Quote Link to comment
