g4kion1
Hi, I am attempting to setup unraid trial V6.2.4 for the first time. I am currently using a GA-990FXA-UD5 R5 motherboard and on windows 10 i have internet access but when I login to the unraid GUI I do not. Flash drive is a Cruzer Glide 16GB Things I have attempted: -remake usb drive -set static IP in config file -reboot router -I have tried accessing it from http://tower and http://ipaddress -looked for WOL settings in BIOS (does not appear to have any) -reset bios Please help, I am pulling my hair out trying to get this to work. You posted in the legacy support section for older versions, so this is unlikely to get much attention. Collect a diagnostic file using the procedures found in this post, specifically this bit. If networking is not working (and you have unRAID v6.0-rc4 or later), then if you can login at the console command prompt, you can type diagnostics, and you will get the same diagnostics.zip file in the /boot/logs folder. You can then shut down with powerdown and take the flash drive to another computer. and repost in the main general support area with the diagnostic zip file you collected attached to the post.
