Ok i am total noob to Unraid. But must say i am loving it till now a lot. But sins sins a few day's i am having one big problem. I gotten a new cart and cables. But wen starting up my cart "Supermicro AOC-SASLP-MV8" is working and can go in to the setup of the cart. But my HDD will not show up in any part of the cart's menu, Ore on Unraid. So my question is ware am i going wrong?

You picked the wrong cables - "R" in the cable part number means they are "reverse" breakout and are used in different applications (if you ever decide to buy the Norco 4220 or 4224 case you will be able to use one or both as they connect a backplane to the SATA ports on the motherboard or controller with SATA ports)
You will need a "Forward" breakout cable - in case of 3Ware the part number should be CBL-SFF80870C
F-05M as these are used the connect the SFF8087 port on a controller (such as yours) to regular SATA hard drives. You can use also the Supermicro CBL-0097L-02 cable or any other forward breakout cable (there are a lots for sale on Ebay too)
