  1. having upddated to your current version of the xml and started again it does indeed work as you describe so I am good to go, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS hopefully we will see this and more from you in the Community Apps section soon.
  2. Hi All, nearly there, but I am also getting the password issue as in there is none, I have tried changing the docker key to SERVERPASS, this didnt work still no password, I have left it blank, this overwrites anything in my config with blank so no password. Have even tried removing the config from the serverpass var from unraid completely and it still blanks anything I put in my json manually so no password, so close yet so far away, keep up the great work everyone! anyone found any further workarounds?
  3. This is just what I have been looking for.... any idea how long it takes to get approved and to show up?
  4. it was indeed named correctly, today I have tried using the USB in a seperate port as suggested and it worked as if there was never an issue. any idea what would have caused this? is it now a forever broken port? regardless thanks for taking the time to look through my logs and provide the assistance you always have. such a great community
  5. not intentionally bindng anything, how can I see? if you are referring to network port binding then I do have 5 ports on my motherboard, though I have only ever used 1 its been so long since I have had any issues I have no idea where to look
  6. total 0 lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 10 Apr 26 12:26 UNRAID -> ../../sda1
  7. current server has been up and running for over 3 years without any major issues. Currently running 6.9.1 have recently moved and this means new internet provider etc so new IP adresses required. also just before the move had a couple of power cuts. thought my server was completely screwed when I first tried starting it up as couldnt even boot properly, however after removing my 2 LSI 9201-8i SAS Connectors as all lights were dead and reconnecting 9 drives to the server via SATA cables all of which are being seen in BIOS, I find that UNRAID will not boot successfully. found a few older posts relating to the "dev/disk/by-label/UNRAID not found!" and the general concensus was that the USB was screwed and needed to be reinstalled. I have copied the entire contents of the USB drive before continuing. rebuilt the USB using the Limetech USB Creator, 6.9.1, copied my config folder back to it and booted up, I am still seeing the "dev/disk/by-label/UNRAID not found!" error, this of course means that I dont get any networking created so I am limited to the GUI locally. any suggestions on what else I can do to get back on my feet again? thanks in advance for any assistance
  8. here is my diagnostics, reads are high as I have used these drives for several years without a single issue as cache (until now), also please let me know what you are looking at so I can learn more about what I should be looking for
  9. Hi Johnnie.black, thanks for the response, so when my parity rebuild is complete my pool will be back also? as I said since starting the array the pool has shown the 2 drives as new?
  10. several read errors relating to device sdm "Tower kernel: BTRFS info (device sdm1): read error corrected: ino 12936199 off 22097920 (dev /dev/sdm1 sector 56376552)" probably a good place to start investigations
  11. Hi All, so I had a faulty drive show up so I followed the "Remove Drives Then Rebuild Parity" option which all seems to be working fine (rebuilding currently) but since the restart my Cache Pool no longer exists and shows as blue square new devices? have I lost my cache? all of my appdata for my dockers etc? there was no mention of copying cache files before following this procedure, have been happily using Unraid for many years and have not seen this before thanks in advance
  12. If anyone has this issue in the future...... it appears to be related to the "Libvirt storage location" I changed the folder, saved, deleted the original libvirt in the original folder, then changed the folder back, saved, it recreated the libvirt.img and now the E drive is available weird
  13. Anyone else got any suggestions? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
