thegizzard
Does anyone have this working or know of a docker that has a working multicore par2 enabled? Quote Link to comment
CHBMB
There are four ways of getting sabnzbd on Unraid via the webui, our container, binhex's container, needo's container and Phaze's plugin... Given we've already explained the situation with par multicore support in our thread, I think if you're that desperate for quicker checking and verifying then you need to either make your own container and compile par multicore, use nzbget or start sifting through the sabnzbd containers on dockerhub. But posting a docker request in the plugin section probably isn't going to get you anywhere... Sent from my LG-H815 using Tapatalk Quote Link to comment
thegizzard
Sorry. I thought this was the right place to ask. Although I think you just confirmed that none of the current sabnzbd dockers support multicore par2. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk Quote Link to comment

BRiT
I agree, switch over to nzbget Docker container instead of sticking with Sabnzbd. Quote Link to comment
thegizzard
Thanks guys. I'll give it a look. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk Quote Link to comment
kaiguy
I agree, switch over to nzbget Docker container instead of sticking with Sabnzbd. I've always wondered why some people prefer and recommend nzbget over Sab. Perhaps it's my use case, but I've tried nzbget on more than a few occasions and keep going back to Sab because of built-in renaming and browser add-on support. Quote Link to comment
BRiT
There are multiple benefits to nzbget that I wont rehash here, but feel free to find the other threads about it or read the nzbget website itself on it's benefits. Quote Link to comment
thegizzard
I got it up and running. The multicore par2 is reason enough for me. The only problem I have now is couch potato won't send nzbget categories. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk Quote Link to comment

CHBMB
I've been trying to tell you that for days.... You get a lot of people migrating from sabnzbd to nzbget, I can't recall any going the opposite way. Sent from my LG-H815 using Tapatalk Quote Link to comment
