Use CA Advanced Docker search.
Looks like a no.
As I indicated before, if you use Community Application Advanced Docker Search you will find multiple dockers from DockerHub that exist for JRiver.

Also relevant, it's not open source software and it may not truly be legal to put it into a container and distribute it as such.
OK; how about ROON?
Unless you can find the source code in the open, suggest its not open source. They don't explicitly include a license that I can see on their site.
